How do I contact Strike support?

If you encounter an issue relating to your Strike account or the Strike app you can contact support via in-app message, by email, or by phone (available for select users).

In-app support message

To contact support in-app visit your Account screen and follow these steps:

  1. Tap Help
  2. Select a topic for your support request
  3. Type an explanation of the issue you’re facing
  4. Tap the white check icon to submit your request

Your help request will be sent to our customer support team, who will reply as soon as possible. Once submitted, you can view and reply to your support requests by visiting your Account screen and tapping on Support.

Email support

To contact support via email, you can send your message to support@strike.me. To help our support team more quickly assist you, please send your message from the email account that you used to sign up for your Strike account.

To protect your privacy, please avoid including sensitive information like financial documents or ID copies in your initial email. If needed, our support team will provide a secure link for uploading any documents required to resolve your issue.

Phone support

Phone support is being progressively rolled out to select eligible users in the United States. If you are eligible, you can request a phone call from a Strike support agent during available operating hours.
